The UFO is not available in the mod, someone just found it in the mod files and placed it into a singleplayer POE mod they are working on. Don't waste your time looking for it, it's not spawned in POE maps.....
The outhouses will blow up and release teddy bears (like the crates in BF2) if you shoot them.
I saw the scare crow and started shooting at it thinking it was a person for quite some time then i went to look closer and felt like a retarded bird...
