1. its fun
2. it can be challenging
3. cant stand piloting around some idiot that doesnt know how to tv
4. cant stand piloting around some idiot that doesnt know how to minigun
5. and 99% of the time it benefits the team (besides that 1% of people that know how to use a tv/mg)
if you are using your choppers rockets... your gunner isnt doing his job. only time u really need rockets now is multiple armor, or gunner out of ammo,(or the gunner is an idiot and cant doesnt use tvs). otherwise your just being greedy and not lining your gunner up.
your job as a pilot is Not to kill people.. thats what the gunners job is..
so why all this hate towards soloers? only explanation i can think of is jealousy... you must not be able to use tv's ... so your copout is saying your a good pilot and soloers are noobs..

Nah i guess i worded that wrong, i know it takes skill to solo...i do it every now and then when i dont have any gunner around, but i guess what i ment is it takes more skill to use rockets then it does to shoot a tv at a dude that dont see it coming..i am very good with a tv missle to, but just enjoy piloting more...its good when u find a good heli partner, can pretty much own any map with a good team..i seen that vid to its sweet man, i will make a vid once i get my 1900xtx my 9800 pro doesnt seem to like fraps much lolslicknic wrote:

while im not quite that high in the rankings... about 1500th or so, around 99.5% of all my time in the chopper (over 200 hours) is straight piloting.
