Second, please make the reflection a bit less bright, its way too solid.
Then get the blur tool and blur the edges of the reflection.
If they arent yours, please try to do it.
It would look much nicer
And as for the rank userbars, a bit darker maybe?

That has hardly anything, these have badges medeal ribbons and other stuff. (better)
And to be honest, you really have to get yourself a good userbar tut and learn how to make colours blend in.
Because the userbars you have made......well, lets just say they hurt my eyes.
I am using constructive critiscism, so dont coma back at me with anger or anything, I am stating you the facts about the userbars you have made.
Maybe, if you listen, you could improve on them.
