Possible new dual core rig advice and comments would be welcome

Hey folks ive just been scouting round for a new rig and ive come up with

2.4ghz intel conroe dual core
MSI 965p NEO (socket 775) PCI express ddr2 motherboard
OCZ 2Gb Dual channel Gold GX XTC Series Ram
Western Digital Caviar RE 160GB SATA-II 7,200rpm HD
Hiper Type R 580Watt Psu
EVGA Ge-force 7900 gt 512mb gpu overclocked to 560mz core memory running at speeds of 1560MHz+
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Music sound card
Logitech G5 gaming grade laser mouse
OcUK 19" LCD 8ms response
running windows pro sp2 OEM

What do you think i could improve on or do you thing that it is worth £1300

Yes I am getting the core 2 duo. Sold out atm though . Anyone know of any decent gaming cases?

DS3 > DQ6 for OC'ing on WC.

DQ6 on high end AC'ing.

DQ6 has older chipset, but faster ICH, and NB and SB.
ASUS P5W DH is awesome motherboard, has Wifi, 4 sata2, just as good OC'able as DQ6, and 975x chipset, but ICH7, but still just as fast, google DQ6 vs P5W DH and see for yourself.

If your looking for sli, wait for the nforce mobo to come for conroe, its a few days away from release last time i checked.

I have a P5W, but I haven't even turned it on yet. With vmods, it's supposed to be good up to 500FSB. Anyways, the DS3 is recommended for the Allendale Core 2 Duo's (6300 & 6400) since it is capable of a higher maximum FSB, while the DQ6 is recommended for the Conroe Core 2 Duos (6600, 6700, 6800) for a reason that escapes me at the moment. I can go look it up if anyone is interested.
As a final note, 'unofficial' drivers are available to run SLi on the P5W...
