If their motive is something more complex and rational, such as to release all innocent islamic prisoners or all islamic prisoners held without trial, then the solution is obviously to try all the prisoners in a fair and orderly manner.
The compromise depends on their true motive.
So I'll ask again - If the group is doing the kidnapping to release all US Arab prisoners...won't there be a future reason for more killings if they are arrested after killing the journalists?

1) The extremists kill the journalists.
Results (choose as many as you wish):
1) No new groups spring up because no one has been martyred and no demands were met.
2) They are happy and go back to a normal, non-violent lifestyle, because they know they will not get anything from hostage negotiation.
3) They kidnap again.
4) They are killed, thereby creating more matyrs for the cause.
5) They are imprisoned, thereby creating another solidier of Allah wrongly imprisoned.
You chose not to comment, and refused to entertain hypotheticals (definition: a theorical solution or reasoning, which includes your statement that imprisonment should be considered).
Secondly, I have stated my opinion - its a win-win for the terrorists, and a lose-lose for anyone who isn't a terrorist...so I'm not trying to get you on the defensive...I'm trying to get you to actually support your idea!
Also, reading thru your posts in this thread...when did I become uninformed? It might be impossible to claim every eventuallity, but is it a stretch to actually get you to support your idea?

The way you stop this sort of kidnapping by Muslim retards is by kidnapping all the head Islamic Clerics and demanding that the letter "J" be stricken from the Arabic dialetic.....
