You stats page here at bf2s has a "Ranks & More" tab in the upper right corner. This page has the info regarding medals per round.
According to your page you get a medal every 0.223 rounds ie 22.3%. But calculate if you want to exercise your brain.
Mine is 24.1 %

Two, it's not hard to finish in the top 10. That wasn't the question. If you're exclusively a sniper, then I can understand, but if you're not, then you're doing something wrong.
for example i love to fly chopper or be a gunner, if i manage to get my gunner 170 points and my self 110+ end of round im enjoying myself
so is he doing something wrong for not being as talented as others? no imo.

There is a much easier way to figure this out... already provided to you by bf2s
go to your stats page, then the "Ranks & More" tab... then in the "Stat" table... look at "Gold, Silver, Bronze Stars" per ROUND ... that will be the percentage you get one of those...
for my main account.. its 40.94
for my secondary account.. its 75.74 \o/ i bet ones i dont place are first rounds i load in =[ (all infy account too)
