EDIT: Now i have my sound card and driver installed Audigy 2ZS, but i cant get any sound from my headset, and the sound is so low on my speakers that i almost cant hear it at all (while its turned all the way up)

Maybe there's something on the hardware side of the card...some uber secret setting for the audio output levels.    Did you try totally unistalling all drivers related to sound cards?
Try throwing the sound card against your mattress.  It may not help it work, but you'll probably feel better.
