EB games site does not say you must have previously owned BF2 to get the rank up.

That is why I am asking if you get 2 if you are a veteran and you pre order.

Pcworld is UK

In the UK you dont get the extra rankup, as only EBgames is offering it. GAME (formerly EB here) isnt offering it.
