It will play BF2 no problems.

I would imagine that that set up will play with most if not all on high.

My settings are all on high.

go back to the store and ask them to put it in.....

if you don't know what you're doing, chances are ( slim ) you Fu@k something up

maybe it'll cost you a few, but a new computer is always more expensive.
if the store is any good they'll do do it for free

Well if just im carefull it should be okay.

But the graphics card may be hard, and what about the power.

i build my computer myself ( as the other 99% i think )
i think you should be ok just be aware you need to apply a descent amount of force to get the ram into the sockets. be sure to support the mainboard. or else a crack can appear inside

How fast would a map load and how much lag would appear if 2*1 GB ram PC-3200 400 mhz was running.

I really dont want the card so much. Just want loading times to be fast and no start lag.

I have a 5200fx card. THAT SUCKS.

just buy and play

buy a decent computer and the game will run fine 
if you keep this up your desired system will be obsolete when you do decide to buy
