Here is a thought, we all agree that the terrorist hate Bush, right? then tell me, if Bush is hated so much by them, why they themselves, are not EXPOSING HIM in the terror plot against the 911 targets. Ok, I'll try to stay cool like The ship builder does with you, so I do know that those attacks were hand made by terrorists, but the responsibility falls totally on GWB.  Do you understand the difference.  The guy is an asshole and a drunk, took awful decisions in every issue since he stole 2000 election to democrat Al Gore, then he stole another election.  He fucked up in the war in Iraq, he cut taxes, he blew the budget, he almost broke US economy and the people is paying the price for his faults, he's a major danger to America and the World and should be impeached.  If you think Clinton lied to grand jury once, lets imagine how many lies would have to say this asshole if he were impeached.  He didn't planned the attacks, besides he can't plan anything.  He dances as Cheney moves the stick in his ass.

I have no complaint against immaturity or insults in general. I often employ insults myself. When an insult is lobbed at me, I can appreciate it if it is creative, apropos, witty, or contains an original turn of phrase. Heretofore yours haven't qualified as such.

That said, lowing, I think you're doing a tremendous job. Both BF2S and America are very proud of you!

But relocating takes money, and a lot of it.  I fail to see how personal responsibility has anything to do with the dam breaking.

I'm just going to leave the other one, as it comes down to a core difference in opinion: in mine, failing to predict how residents would react and taking appropriate action is a failing of the organisations.

I guess the govt. is responsibly for the 55 or deaths when MT. St. Helens erupted as well. They were also told to leave. No, at some point you HAVE to expect that people will obey the laws. Do not blame the govt. for this bubbalo. These people refused to leave, at their own peril as it turned out.
