Go to a command prompt...(click start > run, and type cmd)
when the command prompt window opens type ipconfig and press enter...should show you your IP address.

go to network connections
single click on local area connection
should be on the left under "details"

those ways will show you your local ip... or lan.. for your i guess 'public' ip go to google and search "my ip". theres other ways but this is easiest i think.

edit: google gave me this .... http://www.ipnow.org/ .... at the bottom of the page it said something about sigs but i didnt bother to read it all
