In short, no. If you need 30 rounds and/or a grenade launcher, use a different gun, simple as that.
g3 is fine it takes 3 bullets to kill and one in a head shot, if your to noob to use single shot then you dont deserve the G3.
The G3 owns any other gun in the game, its accurate and powerful and alot better then the medicore G36E

that would have been a BIG noob tube... hate it when i meet a guy with G3 if it's gonna have 10 more shots AND a GL, it would be a living hell to play bf2... but i agree it could have 10 more shots...

to an extent it would be cool, but I dont like the gun anyway, so Id prefer not.

Except that I could really care less. The G3 is fine as it is. It takes skill and self-control to use the 20-round magazine. Don't have it? The M249 or RPK-74 is probably a better choice for you. Don't get in close-combat much? Use an SVD or G36E. Are you the other way around? Use an 11-87, Jackhammer, or FAMAS. My point is, every gun is better for a different kind of player, and the G3 is apparently not the kind of gun the OP is suited for.
