Its weird that they are delaying it....they took all the other patches off the EA downloader, so i assumed they would release it today.

It is safe to say now do not buy 2142 because you shall recieve same quality of service, I understand making a mistake and delaying a patch a few times, making hot fixes 1.5 month after initial bug discovery and so on, but this shit will not stand. Also BF2s.com has faster hosting for non profit forums where EA makes shtiload of profit and their forums take 2-3 minutes to load a fucking page .
