I have a few questions. Does it corrupt anything by sniffing out spyware? How do i use it? Quarantine - What does it do? Do the files remain on my pc or get deleted into oblivion? Ps. Its been 7 months and i havent installed any anti spyware.

Adaware is good but i have not used it in a long time (prefer Spybot or Spydoctor) i think it should automatically quarantine and then remove all the crap on you pc (after doing a scan obviously)

What i meant is those buggers that are quarantined, does it still remain on my system?
Ad-aware makes a good anti-spyware companion along side SpyBot: Seek and Destroy.

EDIT:

It stays on the system, but it can't harm any files since it is quarantined.

Quarantine means it is destroyed in effect. I have it, my only anti-virus and I run it once every 2 years or so.............. I don't download XXX P0RN

QFT

These 2 work very well in combination.  Every adware tool has it's weak spots but these two together will cover each others backs so to speak.  (don't bother with the paid version of adaware though, the free version is all you need).

Hmm ok. I thought quarantine means keeping those buggers in a file somewhere.
