I have not been playing BF2 Special Forces for several months and now when I try to bring up the server list there is nothing listed and it will not refresh. I currently have Patch 1.12 loaded and am currently downloading patch 1.3 to update the game. Could this be my problem or do I need to look somewhere else like settings or something?? There is no list generated when I start BF2 either. Do I need certain settings on any firewalls or other security settings that my computer might have installed?

Well if your after ranked servers for 1.12 hmm tough luck you may not find any i dont no just wait till you get 1.3 and see whether that solves the problem.
It's not that complicated, you need the new patch and vola there will be the servers again.
It's just there are no more servers running 1.12 with the filters you have set. Get the new patch and get back to the game!
