you definately need an AGP video card.

the best AGP card is the 7800GS or an ATI X850XT

But the 6800 you were looking at will do just fine.   Definately go for 2Gb or ram. 

Look at getting a good PSU to get power to any of those cards, because they are all power hungry.. minimum of a 450W psu
