I love the Engy class. So versatile and yet so deadly. I have logged over 180 hours with this kit alone. I actually earned the EXPERT Engy Combat Badge AND the EXPERT Engy Badge... but for some reason the Engy Badge got reset to veteran..... BummerJohnnySupreme wrote:

Basic Knife pre 1.3, Veteran and Expert IAR with 1.3 cuz it's much easier now. It's the only badge I've ever TRIED getting.

It would be Knife Combat badge on 5 Feb 2006 (pre 1.3 (18 kills IAR)) and not in a Knife/pistol server.
I got most of my kit experts (which i have) within 5 hours of reaching 100 hours, as these were easy but take along time.

I think I can explain. Yes the 18 IAR was very difficult it is just there is no time factor to it, where most others have one (100+ hours). The 3 that didnt was explosives (37 IAR), pistol (18 IAR) and knife (18 IAR). and as its easyier to get knife kills then pistol kills (due to 1 hit kill), expert knife is quick to get, not easy, just relativly quick.Slam wrote:

Expert Explosives.
Expert First Aid. My first and only expert badge lol
got it pre 1.2 in the dolphin diving bunny hopping FUN days of bf2 . got it in a 64 player warlord server with 50 men in it, spawn SAS, chute into the tv station and BAM, let the cutting begin. god those days were fun, flinging around dolphin diving in mid air cutting people up, good times, good times....
Expert explosives - I shamelessly claymored the hell out of the palace on warlord for all 38 kills (as it was at the time).
knife... no not p/k only ..no expert was earned by spawnknifing in sharqi ^^

Knife, but only because of the badge changes...I don't feel I earned it. First earned one is likely to be AT though, got my 100 hours for that
Expert knife, after they lowered its requirements dramatically. I always came 1 kill short of the old requirements. When I tried for it I was always able to get 2-3 kills with the knife before dying, until that last knifekill, usually the round wasnt even halfway but no matter what I did I couldn't get that extra kill.
I just got my second, expert anti tank combat badge, after 200 hours of being anti-tank :-s
