BF2S Forums I feel surrounded by Hackers / Cheaters!

There are times that I forget how many cockbags frequent this site. Then I see how a guy asking a simple question gets shot down simply because many of you have some urgent need to feel superior to others.

i think you newbuns need to learn the difference between a hacker and a glitcher

Hacker: A hacker downloads something external to the game, or modifies the game in such a way as to give unintended advantage to his/herself. By the way, since macros only allow you to use the game to it's full potential - not modifying any of the physics of the game - they are not hacks.

Glitcher/Exploiter: Glitchers use programming flaws and loopholes to their unfair advantage.  Such as entering buildings that the designers did not intend for people to enter, or using cars to blow up artillery.  This is different than playing the game in a way that the programmers did not forsee.  Again, glitching is when a flaw in the programming can be used to an individuals unfair advantage.  The designers usually inform you of what the flaws are by saying "our next patch will fix the following: cartillery, hotel glitch."


I think you're just surrounded by people who are better than you and your newbun mentality is preventing you from learning how to play better. 

Two types of players: One buys the game and enters it and dies far more than they kill, has a horrible ratio and a horrible time and says "wow I've got to practice and learn to do what these other guys are doing... what are their weaknesses and how can I exploit them?"  The other player joins and dies far more than they kill, has a horrible ratio and a horrible time and says "there's no logical reason that i'm doing poorly, everyone is cheating, i can't kill all these people who have practiced for hundreds of hours."

they may be able to get an aim on your head perfectly?

1 hit to the head dead with any weapon exept pistiol = 2

While i think you are using semantics to justify macros, which are not how the game is intended to be played......

I started to check the Pings. Yesterday I had these experiences again. You know, I see the enemy he sees me. I go prone. He jumps to prone. And will he is "in flight" he fires and accidentally happens to kill me with one shot. There was only one difference. My Ping was 25 and his was 100. So I wonder how it is possible?

Even tho Revolution can't count....at all, he has somewhat of a point.
If you get killed in a wierd way, you just need to swear to yourself, then drop it!
