BF2S Forums Team Killing for a Plane!!!!

I know this topic has been run to the ground but I will agree with you.  Usually I just TK if they get in my way.  They are a**holes and the world is a better place without them.

The best way to get 19 kills in the jet is to bomb the carrier on Wake Island or any other map that has a carrier.

I'm not a good pilot ... but i found a server where the rounds were longer (Dragon Valley), and got the kills/time in an american jet ... 1 from bombs the rest from killing other planes and choppers. Sometimes you find a server where noone is flying (cause they're running around squadless). In the edn i got the ribbon and kept kdr well above 1.

None, there were unreleased maps with jets, or thats what we think.

do what i do....avoid planes and heli's all together.....got sick of standing around with 8 other guys hoping i might be lucky enough to get in the plane without getting shot....I don't even bother trying.

I practiced flying in dragon valley, fushe pass, daqing oilfields, kubra dam and zatar wetlands. I don`t think you should go near wake island, that AF map or any other popular air map before you have your veteran badge.

I never had any problem with team killing for jets in those maps and back in those days i only used a plane if there was one being unused.

That wasn't hard for me when i was a nub, why is it so hard for everyone else? "NO! Must go to wake and ram into a black hawk, get six kills and die while the f35s rape the airfield cause the good pilot couldn't have the plane and shoot it down"

Bombing is the key to a lot of kills, and I saw a bombing guide somewhere on the site that helped me a lot.  Search for it, but the biggest tip for me was to go in for a bombing run and when you let go of the bombs, switch to the view looking from the front to the back of the plane to see exactly where your bombs hit.  That'll help you get the feel for where to let them go, and what angle to fly in,  etc.  Also, practicing on empty servers or singleplayer mode helps.  I  use singleplayer cleansweep to practice flying.
