The price of cpu id falling like hell...I wonder what CPU can I upgrade to? I am using a 64 3000 now. Right now a 64 4000 or 64x2 3800 is about $150. Which one should I upgrade to? Thank you for your help in advance. :-)

i would go with the 64x2 3800, but i know shit about amd.
go with the x2... dual core is better.
Depends what you do. Games that are out now don't really benefit from dualcore. I bet BF2 for example runs better on 4000. And of course you need mobo that supports dualcore. But if you run SETI or something similar on background, then it's dualcore.

99% of the S939 mobo's support dual core, just may need to update the bios...
GET DUAL CORE!! you WONT regret it.

Dual core. As time passes, more applications and patches will be released to support full dual-core capability.
