Diving before firing at somebody should be punishable by death.
The only time you should ever hit Z is when you're trying to get through a window, you're waiting or trying to hide, you're jumping over a sandbag or wall to get away.  There may be more exceptions.

People that sprint like a jackass, then all of a sudden run into you because they're just to lazy to look around a corner; then dive... Need to be put out of their misery. 
Learn to aim your fucking rifle soldier.  Don't take the easy way out and Hot key Dive to your Fire key just so you can hopefully get off a kill.  Learn to fucking aim.  Crouch if you can, take aim, and fucking shoot.  Don't stay in one place for to long, shoot and move.  None of this pussy, Dive and spray bullshit.  Stop being a bitch for once in your life and fucking practice.  Its not that difficult, you will be a much better person afterwords anyway.

Its always a laugh when some jackass is sprinting down a street.  Than he dives because he see's an enemy.  And I just shoot him in the face.  Because it takes forever to dive, and get back up, and it makes it so easy to get shot. 

Ban divers.
