I just got one of these boards to use with my current processor (Pentium 805 D) and to hold up while I get some money for a nice Core 2 Duo. It is a great board, however I can not figure out how to overclock this thing. There are some options in the BIOS that look like they would get the job done but it's not entirely clear. There is something like a Host burn-in percentage, instead of a straight forwards FSB setting and I'm not clear on it. If anyone has this same board, could you reply or PM me and show me which settings I need to change to get the processor to run faster? Thanks.
you got an intel made board? well they are known not to be really overclockable (why would intel allow for such a thing on their own boards, when they lock CPUs so its harder to overclock them).
i dont know that exact board but from what i saw on other intel boards you cant oc. if possible try to get it exchanged for a ASUS or gigabyte one with an 975x chipset. otherwise you will have to live with the max oc the "burn in" allows

I looked for online resources and they were very uninformative, until I finally found a link to the Intel Desktop Controller, which lets you do some minor chipset tweaks. They only let you do increases of your speed by percentages, so it's kind of worthless because you can't be exact about your fine tuning, but it'll do. Voltage also doesn't go up high enough for the 4ghz overclocking, but I'll just have to make it work for now till I get the Core 2. Thanks for the help though.
