BF2S Forums Which do you think is the most dominant weapon?

FN2000 or both SCARs. FN2000 is so powerful, and with its Scope & M203 its just a powerhouse. The SCAR is so quiet, yet so powerful. It also has a Red Dot which makes it very easy to shoot with.

M95. Just sit back in the dark and watch the heads explode.
And if your expiriencd you can even go to the battlefront with your sniper .
Its all in the hips.

the best weapon in the whole game? well each does diffferent yet important things

Best wep in karkand is the MEC assault rifle, its slightly better than the f2000 and miles better than the US assault rifle - but you have to get good with it. I'd choose the f2000 over the US rifle any day tho.

The same with the new medic wep, its far better than the previous unlock for Close Quarter Combat and a big improvement over the standard US medic gun.

The APC passengers use... BTR390... or something to that extent.  BTR, a number, ends with 90.


Either way, the most prominent (and dominant) weapon in the game is the Grenade Launcher.  Hell, the F2000 isn't even that great.  It's good for CQC, but is terrible at long range.

PKM can literally mow down an enitre squad in about 2 seconds.  I know because i've done it.

G36 is just so versital. Good accuracy, low recoil, great damage.

And now that Medic can have one, it's the best all-around weapon in the game.

f2000 seems to dominate.  can't wait for UBAR to update with new SF weapons. when do you guys think you'll be updating?

Jets should be up there because they are near invincible to take down without another decent pilot.

ouroboros, depending on the armor, sometimes you need 2 hits to kill someone.

As far as the DAO I would rather have a jackhammer than a DAO, everytime im an engy and go against an anti tank I own him with my jackhammer.

The most fun is knifing someone's foot, which is hanging through the wall...  I tend to try to know what's on the other side of a wall I get up against now, and adjust myself accordingly.

And yeah... the poll said "weapon", then in the post after you said "gun"... I voted "Other" before seeing it, because I pick the fighters...  whether the air superiority role, or the attack role depends on the map and who's playing it...  I played a round on Kubra Dam in the F-15, alone in the skies, and probably had the most kills on the server, a good 80-90% of them armor kills.  If there are some decent fighter pilots in the skies, then fighters probably dominate, unless you have just a really good attack pilot.  Of course either way, they're all fighters, and in the modern world most air-to-air fighters are won or lost before either pilot can ever see the other aircraft.  There's a reason that Iraq's Air Force never left the ground 2 years ago, and that is basically that our fighters could likely see, lock, fire, and kill theirs before they ever know ours are in the area.
