The orginial pings on server that I normally go to are below 3xxpings
After I installed the latest updates, the lowest ping is above 3xx pings to 4xxpings. Some even reachs 1,xxxpings

Help me plz!....

Play a different server. What kind of connection you got? If you're getting triple digit pings on anything above maybe 256k, you're on a foreign server.

Use game-monitor.com (i think thats url) to find servers close to you.

yeah i have the same problem as you ballball. I'm on an University server (like T3 i think) and before the patch my ping ranged from  30-100. Now that i've patched with 1.12, i can't find a server with a ping lower than 300! Even the Canadian servers (wich is the country where i live) ping above 300. This makes the game absolutely unplayable. Does anyone know *any* tips that would help lower my ping?
