I have it but always forget to use it. I've used it in the past a couple of times and so far it hasn't blown up my pc. I can't really tell if it makes a difference.

it has been in a comp magazine of 1-2 months back. i was going to download it but lost that magazine... ty for the link

and it does help, it turns off servives you dont need for gaming. (more ram, less idle procceses ect... that hardly take anything thought)

its not only for lazy people, but its also safer then sending the avarage noob (admit it, there are to many comp noobs around everywhere) into the regitry without a DETAILED step by step guide
