i have problem with badges, medals, ribbons

hi
i have problems with some of my badges not appearing when i have done what is required for example - valorous unit ribon - 25 hrs squad member, 25 hrs squad leader & 45 team points. i have all but 45 team points but i have had 45 or more team points on a number of occasions & same goes for other badges on my form page & when playing game they dont show i have earned them so how do i manage to complete when i have tried to complete & to my knowledge i have on a few medals, ribbons & badges.
please can anyone help

you have to get the time reqs first. Then get 45 team points in a round...

right, possibly the wrong section, but anyhow.

Using your example, you must get the 25 hr requirements before getting the 45 team points. Go to your stats, the hours should be ticked, the team points not.

Same with the kit badges, get 20 kills without having 15hrs, no badge.

(DAMNIT, i never get my post in quick enough)

Hmm, right then some questions.

Are you certain you got team points, not the same as overall points in a round?

Did you crash out of the game before finishing the round and loose the data?

Are the medals etc showing up in BFHQ, the in game stats bit, but not here on BF2S?

Are you getting the drum roll in game with the 'congratulations you have..etc,'?

Were you playing on an unranked server by mistake?

ive got other awards no problem & i nearly always finish game, especially when won award cos dont want anything stopping them going through. it must be me but if you look on my profile/form cos i got queries on more than 1 badge. i have in my setting on bf2, ranked server but can a un - ranked server play on these setting

well, the stats system can fuck up like any other internet based system of that magnitude. It wouldn't be the first time that people don't get awards added to their BHFQ. But that is always an issue with EA/Gamespy, not with bf2s.com.

The questions related to these issues are always the same, as pointed out by others already.

1. Make sure you play ranked only
2. did you get the fancy drumroll in the game ?
3. did you crash or did the server crash during the round, causing loss of all scores
4. are you sure you actually fulfilled all the requirements ?

We get our stats directly from EA. This means we don't gather or manage stats/awards, we only display them.
Thus, there should be no difference between what you see in BFHQ and what you see here. The only exception to this rule is the fact that it can take a while for your stats to update here, because we have a two-hour waiting period in between each stats update for every PID ( see "last update" - "next update" info on your stats page ).

If you are sure you are missing an award that you should rightfully have, and you have proof for this, you could take the issue up with EA support, but I doubt that will prove sucessful...

Nothing we can do from here, I am afraid.

i aint had drum roll, say for the 1 ribbon i got 25 hrs squad leader & squad member all i need is 45 team points which i have had more than that a few times. Is there a special way to get this for the valorous ribbon or is it lost now

some of the awards are not received ingame with a drumroll ( the service ribbons, for example, and the purple hearts, IIRC ). Once you get these, they'll simply show up in BFHQ and your stats sheet here, without further notice.

Valorous Unit Ribbons should be awarded ingame though. So if you haven't heard the drumroll, I am afraid you didn't fullfill all the requirements, at least not "officially".

as I have said, nothing we can do from here. You'll need to try again.

Not certain but I think you also have to be in a squad on the round that you get the 45 team points...or maybe your squad has to get a combined 45 team points. But I'm almost sure...since the award is "Valorous Unit Ribbon", that you have to be in a squad when you get the points.

the 45 team points must be earned by you the individual in a round.

Those 45 team points must be heal, repair, resupply, driver ability points, kill assists, and all types of flag points.
