So I just install v1.4. Everytime I click on Multiplayer, BF2 closes to desktop. Is this a patch glitch or something?! I've restarted the computer and everything. I'll tell you one thing, if I have to reinstall the game, I'm not going to be happy.

well did you read the READ ME txt. i says you should make 2 copies of the game and patch only one of them to 1.4 so you use only the 1.4 BF2 and have the Current 1.3 on your desktop where i put mine. name the 1.4 patched folder "Battlefield 2 Beta" the switch with the current folder "Battlefield 2" then it should be fine...
