Constitution ? What constitution. I knew about income tax thing but economics is not my field so I can't validate that. Many american people have hard time believe this kind of shit because many of our relatives fought wars over it and many have died, and what now ? without a cause ? I for sure would have a hard time accepting it and living with it.

The link doesn't work at all. Fix it, then I'll reply on topic.

First of all, that's really lame. It's lazy too. "Here, read this and discuss it." Don't you have any opinions yourself? If you really felt this was an important issue you'd probably have one intelligent thought rattling around in your head that you could start the discussion off with.Erkut.hv wrote:

Check out the site & discuss.
Do you just want to start some big flame war so you can look at it and say "hey, look mommy, I did that!"?
Are you that desperate to have a big thread of your own?
I've never understood why the mods around here don't just close any thread that starts out like this.
And then your link doesn't even work.
I saw an add for it on TV.... maybe if it didn't look like tabloid crap I'd watch it, but this movie I can honestly say looks like anti-American liberal tabloid crap, not like the pro-American stuff.
Please no more Pro-american stuff please. That one thread has been beaten to death. Please not another one.
The truth is the income tax was unconstitutional when implemented and there is no record of the appropriate number of states ratifying the amendment, only the attorney generals word. Furthermore, congress passed the amendment only on the sworn oath the tax would never tax anyone except the richest 1% with a rate greater than 2%. Also, because the form for income tax is not enumerated under a law created 20 years ago which states that all mandetory paperforms must have a from of impact filed before they themselves can be filed, a lawsuit in chicago is arguing that this ommission means the income tax is in fact a voluntary tax.
Osnap. We're all facists.
We've already had one 25-page thread bashing America-'bashers'. Let's not start a third.
