FYI the Marines are part of the Navy and the Coast Guard is its own seperate branch.

Just read your Sig. Arleigh Burke FTW. I wish they had replaced our old Charles F. Adams-class Destroyers with new Arleigh Burke-class DDG. Instead we got some shitty Ships that are Destroyer by Weaponry but called Frigates, because "it's no longer appropriate to have Destroyers". Can you believe this?Aegis wrote:

OS FTW. Started as OS in the German Navy. Big E rocks. Got a tour onboard in Oct 2000 while I was in Norfolk. Got lucky though. Few days later was the attack on the USS Cole. That changed a bit the security measures.WyrdNyrd wrote:

5 years U.S. Army from 1990 to 1995 as for the Coast Guard with out them there would be a lot less sailors on the seas due to sinking ships and such. Utmost respect from me *Salute*.
