Hy, I'm about to unlock some new weapons and thinking about which weapon to choose. When I first saw the FN2000 weapon I thought errr pretty cool. But when I played a local game on BF-SF with the british, I noticed that I could already choose that weapon???!!! Isn't it the same or Is that unlock weird. Im really confused, and I can't find it in any descriptions here.

unlocks gained by playing SF are only useable in BF2 itself.

the unlocks are weapons that ware already included in SF.

the f2000 is a tier2 unlock. they can only be played in vanilla, EF & AF but not in SF. in sf only the tier1's can be played. all of the tier2 guns already exist in SF (except AT & sniper)

OOO thats kinda dumb, so the only reason one would unlock those BFSF weapons could be to use them at karkand or whatever??

Then personally I would go for the originall unlocks, cuz they're special

almost every 2nd unlock can be played in SF as stock weapons (the only exceptions are the L96A1 and the P90),
if you want to use the weapons in normal BF you have to unlock them

I don't really understand what you're talkin about, sorry to many slangs I don't know. Is vanilla the codename for the original game? and whats a tier and whats the difference between them?

This man is right, unlocks are shit.

Most unlocks have tons of advantages over stocks, most of them being accuracy, rate of fire and sometimes damage.
