what the hell is this everytime i open something in photo shop it starts out like this I think its the slice tool but i dont know how to turn it off... Any ideas????
I have never had that problem. Not sure how to correct that but Im assuming you can close that out and start fresh? The only thing that would make me think that would happen is either 1: you have a hacked version of the program or it is currupt in some fashion or 2: you need to go through the options selections and see how things work or 3: consider how you are opening the file - if you are opening it saved as a PSD and thats the last state you where in, it may open it from there.

anyway, i have always had that in the top corner, my version is copyd from a friends dads which im not sure how he got lol it doesnt make a difference to the sigs an stuff i do in photoshop..... can still make gd sigs

Uncheck the slices option, or Ctrl-H to turn off "Show Extras"
