you can use a vacuum cleaner for it, or a bucket of PURE water......

(water doesent guide (not the good word maybe) electricity, things in water do (salt, other stuff ), and turn your comp off before doing it just to make sure)

BLASHEMY! The vacuum cleaner IS the smartest choice! Been doing that for fookin years!!!!!!11!!!! You can use it on your mobo and everywhere else aswell... if those components are built to handle morons who don't have an idea how to put them in, they will also resist that.

Only problem with that is as soon as you touch the water it gets conducting (because of your sweat) and you're f-ed.
