Ive searched fairly intensely for this subject but I can up negative. Neways, how do you code the screenie directly into the post? I figured that you have to host it first somewhere but thats all i know.

Is it just me or do .bmp files show/have better quality then .jpg files.

bmp are also massive! so not helpful to post those - jpeg's give the required picture for the screen
