How about making uncapturable bases capturable under certain conditions.
This would, of course, be a modification by EA.
1. An uncapturable base will become capturable if the closest base to it has been captured by the enemy, and
the enemy holds a majority of the other bases.
2. An uncapturable base will remain such as long as the closest base to it is friendly.
3. Any base can become uncapturable, if:
A. The original uncapturable base has been captured by the enemy.
B. The closest base to the current base is friendly.
