anymore input?
Is it three pin connector?
Like this

if hes talking about no more those slots i found a ghetto way to make the fans turn on my dad had none of those pins in his dell so we got an old fan which had a molex connecter, then cut the red and black wires and stick them in the fan power connecter
Is the case fan connected to the mobo? I think it is!
If yes, take that bad boy out of the mobo, get a piece of cable similar to the one in the picture, and attach the case fan to it. (In case you missed it, the piece of cable is an "extention cord" w. fan power attached in between your drives)

Voilá! Now you can connect you new 3-pin GPU fan onto the mainboard.
PS: There also are "adapted" 3-pin versions of the cable on the market
Or: get one of these, and let the fan-demonium begin!

if you dont have a free 3 pin fan connector on your mobo you can ghetto mod a molex connector (the ones that go to the DVD/old IDE drives)FubarJonny wrote:

like this:

kinda hard to see but the yellow on the molex goes to the red on the fan and the black goes to one of the blacks on the molex

You can get fan adapters for a fan with a plug like that that will turn it into a regular molex pin plug. A molex pin plug is the type of plug that powers CDROM drives, IDE hard drives, etc. They're the most common internal device plug, the 4-pins in a row plug.
You can find them here if not at Xoxide.
