Post-SNES sucks, but I have to admit that I am tempted by the Wii. Going to keep an eye out on reviews upon its release. Super Mario Galaxy can kiss my ass though.

Edit: plus the idea behind the controls are really neat. Aiming with that thing playing metroid looks awesome(E3 demo).

oh ya, im deffinetely gonna get TP the first day. Its coming out for GCN too, but id much rather have it for wii. I reserved my copy last october for GC, so i hope i can switch it to Wii.

The DS is amazing. Here is an online ranking system i think is near flawless. Mariokart DS is the BEST mario kart ever BY FAR. and online is great too.I am between getting 2/3 star but still only show 1 star online .
I bought myself and my girl one at xmas, and my friends and i all still play it regularly. tetris w/ wifi was the last thing i got about a month ago. Pre-order the wii i think. These two you have to USE before writing off.

Well soooorrry... IMO i should have said. I like the new one . Super Nintendo mario was good , but back then compared to Amiga it sucked so i didnt bother , im sure the test drives on pc or something similar were good and as mario considered a classic. Double Dash is fairly boring and doesnt get much play- was the first thing i bought for GC - and i doubt many are gonna size up GBA mariokart. Wanna play a classic, cool, but the new mariokart isnt the one to cut off in the franchise yet. Doesnt come close to the original ? What game did you play?

i spent £25 on a ds wifi thing, and it doesnt even work with my pc!

and with the new final fantasy 3 comin out, you will be able to send email type things thru wi fi
