ok i have a sony vaio model vgc-rb40. I have a intel 4 3.0 and im looking for an amd because i heard they are better for gaming but i also heard that the intel is better for multi-tasking. so my question is what socket do i have and which processor would be good for my comp. i have 200 to spend. it may be socket 139. please help
