SF Map details or ATC program?

I notice that the Wiki for the Special Force's Map don't have any details, so I was wondering if anyone has any other links that give this information?

Or if there is a program like [url=http://www.foolishentertainment.com/index.asp?p=2&s=6]Advanced Tactical Center[/url] (ATC for the BF2 maps) that has the Special Forces Maps, so that clans can develop tactics with?

you must create them in the custom map modes in ATC, i.e. Mass Destruction is the name of the map then you put 16, 32 and 64 size maps into the folder, rinse and repeat for all the maps.
