I have 519 points, yet I wont become Lance Corporal. All it has is my "Next Rank" bar and its full.

You might have to wait for your Stats to update, the points may show by the rank may not. Give it some time if its still like that after a week than youve got problems
try logging on, shoot one guy, boom promotion drumroll.
After your in a server & you go over the amount for rank you need to leave & log back in.

p.s. beware of weekends, everythings slower on those days.

same thing happened to me for gunnery sargeant. i had 8019 but didnt get the rank. next server i went in, first person i shot gave me the rank.
