can some1 tell me the best way to get the expert first aid bagde. its fucking impossible. 20 heals IAR wtf!!!!

do it on a 64 player server that is less than half full. somehow i got mine on operation cleansweep... there were 3 of us that kept moving around together and i was the only medic.

Karkand 64/64..Best I got was 22 heals IAR getting my vet heal badge.
I made 35 PTS only with the medic bag and made my vet... But to get the ex... Karkand is the best...
get on karkand with....lets say like 20 player server on a 64 player map....one game i was in lasted like an hour and a half to 2 and a half hours....got like 100 supply heal repair points.. like 350 pts total.....trust me....just be a medic and follow around like a large group of people with no medics if possible...

Karkand, big server few people, but make sure ya have a good squad who travels together, and throw med packs eeeeeeverywhere. if you cant find a good squad spawn where there are a bunch of your own people and heal like mad. Warlord palace can be good too if for some reason karkand doesnt work out for ya.....good luck:)

i suggest a long pistol and knife game, dont try to kill just heal, drop heals all over the dam place, works for support too

I got mine back december when it was 25.Had a rather nasty palace fight in Warlord and got lucky.Everybody was playing assault and there were very few medics in the palace.

Warlord in the Palace
k/p servers. very easy to get.
I got mine on Mastuur. 37 heal points with 55/64. I just left medic packs next to all the snipers, and put more medic packs out in the open fields where I knew idiots would run out. 37 Heal points and I stoped being Medic with 56 tickets left. Could've gone to 40
