They have invaded Palestine and built a bloody great wall which is way across the internationally recognised border between the two countrys. They have kicked out every Palestinian living in Israel (kind of like the Nazis kicking out the Jews from Germany, thats how that started - who knows maybe in the not too distant future they'll have concentration camps for Arabs (although the Americans seem to be ahead on that one with Guantanamo)) and they have bulldozed Palestinian villages which lie anywhere near the border zones.topthrill05 wrote:

I get a little more irritated every time someone says something like that, if it's a joke it's because countries don't participate. Canada has always been a supporter of UN acts and the US has made it into a joke. Israel has always been a problem especially with all the weapons the US gave them and various actions backed by the US. You can't work against something and then when it fails call it a joke. It would be on your head if it did. Treaties like the NPT and other written documents are sometimes the only things preventing disaster and you should respect that.
