Some servers don't record (they say they're ranked, but sometimes it doesn't work).  If a server crashes it doesn't record.   Sometimes certain rounds don't record (seems to be rare and random).

I have heard of a rumor, that when you get 100+ in a round, the server crashes, or decides not to record the stats

EDIT: sometimes the stats system is just slow, but since it sounds like its been a while, it probably didn't record.

It can take a while for the stats to be dislpayed here, sometimes days. It depends on various factors, such as no. of players in the global system, response time of the server you played on, when the server reports to EA, when EA updates their stats feed to us. Remember, we don't gather or manage stats, we just display them, and we get our feed directly from EA.

Also, with the recent bugs in 1.3, there is always a chance points will not be recorded ( when the server crashes, for example ).

Moreover, the stats system works globally, and complex systems of this nature are bound to fail from time to time. It is unfortunate, but there will be times when points / awards will be lost in the digital nirvana, and there is nothing we can do about it from here.
If you think you are missing points that you should rightfully have, you can take the issue to EA support. Good luck with that.....

You'd have much less drama if you just chalked it up as a loss, & start playing again.
I notice the most problems durning the weekends.
as b.schuss said good luck.

yeah, stats updates during and shortly after weekends are particularly slow, because the no. of players over the weekend is much higher than during the week, and the stats system has alot of catching up to do.

Also, gamespy ( who manage the game accounts ) does regular server maintenance every monday, which usually leads to longer login times when connecting to your BF2 account, and I wouldn't consider it totally impossible that this maintenance might lead to the loss of a point here or there.

Well, as I have said, nothing we can do about it from here. We'll have to live with some minor system flaws.

Write to EA support if it bothers you much, but don't expect them to be very helpful...
