Is the MECSF Ribbon Broken? Like the EF Ribbon?
Edit: If its not broken, The go to a Server that you have NEVER or RARELY Play on. I dont know why, Its weird.

I can't seem to get this ribbon now either. I have the seals ribbon but this one won't show up. Any ideas?
