Oh sorry, that was my last computer (well first actually, but its probably older than most of you (or even your dad))
Gotcha beat there fella

Still have a boxed Sinclair ZX81 (aka Timex-Sinclair 1000) with a nice NEC Z-80A, 3.25MHz cpu with the basic 1k of memory

yeah mine's stuck @ 2.7 with the Ultra-D. it may go higher with better cooling but i can't up the v core much without over heating
Almost the same boat I'm in.  It's not really worth it to spend $50 or more on a huge HSF just to get another 100 or 200Mhz...  But if you can push it to 3Ghz with a big HSF... that might be worth the trouble.
Borad came in today.  Start fresh install and see what I can can get it up to.  The arctic cooling freezer 64 pro actually doeas a pretty good job considering its price.
Hit 2.7 no problem. starting to get a little toasty in the chipset/pwm 50C  around both idle, I think I'm going to try and mount a 80 or 120mm fan around that area of the board somehow to try and keep it a little cooler.
At 2.7 sisandra drystone is  19521 whetstone 16521.  a refrence fx-62 is around 20200 and 17300  so I'd like to catch up to those numbers.  Now I just got to upgrade the video card.. now a HIS x800 gto, just trying to decide what to move to.

Specs... so far...
Opty 170 @ 2.7 /2GB OCZ PC 4000 / DFI lanparty UT nf4 Ultra-d / Arctic colling freezer 64 pro/  Antec p180 /
antec tru power 480 W / Sounblaster Audigy 2 zs platinum pro / Maxto 160GB  sata and 250  GB sata2 drives / G-15 and  G7 / sennheiser pc160sk headset / and an  HIS radeon x800 GTO than can't be unlocked to an xt.

AMD 64 3500+ CPU at stock speed (2.2GHz), 1GB of unbranded DDR2 RAM, one rapidly aging Sapphire Radeon 9800 PRO 256MB all mounted on an Asus A8V Deluxe mobo (yep, could afford to upgrade the proc and memory, couldn't afford to upgrade the graphics hence a non PCI Express mobo!) with a whacking great 580Watt PSU. I should be good for a graphics and mobo upgrade soon.......any recommendations?

PS. Don't ask me how, but the thing runs with AA on 4x and AF on 6x and 1024 resolution.......go ATi!!!!!
