i like in game VOiP, that way i dont have to join a third party just to talk to my team. i join a game, jump on a squad and bam, im talking.

what are your thoughts?

TS because when I want to get on a server with my friend because we dont have one we use empty public ones. But I would like to find public servers on ventrillo as easily as TS.

I'm guessing if your in a clan it has to be TS because you don't need to be in game to use it, you can chat to people even when you decide to skip a dull map like Karkand.

Effort is the ultimate twat filter.
(Sorry I refuse to use the word 'n00b', plus 'twat' covers a much wider group)

The more effort you have to put into something, the fewer twats bother.

e.g.
VoIP - You have to listen to Mr. "holy shit omfgz!!111 I killed a guy!111!!", or "hey, it's raining outside my window".
Ts - You get to chat to the people you want, because installing it takes extra effort.

I haven't used the other system, so I can't comment.

TS and Vent are both on par with each other, saying one has a better bandwidth/quality/whatever than the other is bullshit, the codec is what makes that difference. Depending on what server/channel you choose/create, is what matters. I voted for TS though because of sheer popularity and ease of use, as well as it's more public-friendly compared to it's competitor.
