my first shock paddle kill (which is a 'Defibrillator' in German), today, 2005-11-17, on "-=D.o.A=- 24/7 Karkand +GULF" (85.236.101.60:16967):

BTW we use the word "defibrillator" in America too. My guess is that EA calls it "shock paddles" instead because there are people out there who don't know the word defibrillator.

Yeah, but it seems like you gotta be touchin' 'em to get the knife kill! Nothin worse than sneaking up on somebody, about to knife, you swing, MISS, DAMN!, they turn around and start blasting!

Congrats! It's a nice feeling. Personally, I'm so uninterested in sacrificing myself over and over to get my knife badge that I've actually got more defib kills. I think.

I hope you shouted "clear!" to your monitor before you did it, tho. Otherwise you're missing out on half the fun.
