My friends and I use Alfah, Brafoh, Tscharlie, Delltaa, enemy boat (so everyone of us does know which squad to join immediately without searching the squads for the others)
Also nice: Teamwork if we have room and want to fill up the squad with good teamplayers (others will be kicked)

a rly good idea (but admitedly its being a complete prick in doing so) is to create a squad called bravo, for squad 1. then no1 else can make a squad (unless the clk custom).
