My FPS is poor, help me out!

Here is my system specs:

XP SP2
P4 (775 socket) @2.93ghz
Nvidia 6800gs (agp 8x)
2 GB RAM DDR
400 Watt PSU
Asus P5VD1-X Mobo

I ran the 3dmark05 software and got a really shitty score of 4500 ish, my fps in bf2 is really poor, i can't figure out what's up with it, evilmonkeyslayer has helped me out a fair bit (thanks man!) but the FPS is still poor. I have some very odd screenies to show you also. My settings are pretty much forced to go onto lows, which is BS for a 200 quid card.

4500 points is ok, but i agree w/ u its a bit crap. for the 11mhz gpu clock i have no fucking clue how it did that, get coolbits and see ur clock speeds (use googles). the external clock is normal, its ur front side bus. intel CPU's are quad pumped so 133mhz = 533mhz total fsb

Also what is the recommende OC settings for my card, i have just OC'ed it slightly, the mem is now running at nearly 1.1ghz and the core clock is 385 mhz, i got a new 3dmark score from 4300 before to 4700, which im happy with for now.
