So there is no violation of the ROE. Even when the finished 1.4 Patch is released and you
play Inf.only on ranked servers...

correct. the only 2 things that could potentially violate the ROE in that instance is that if someone else came in and raped you all with a tank/claymores/grenades/etc..., and the admin kicked him. The other, if the players decided to blatantly stad pad together and start a knife/defib humpfest. There is nothing wrong with people DECIDING to use a specific weapon. The admin cannot prohibit players from using available resources, and he cannot encourage them to stad pad (ie. pause the server and say: "DON'T CAPTURE BASES!!!!" just so the tickets don't end)-=5TON3D wrote:

they feel like without having to worry about breaking any rules as long as no certain weapons only
server rules are forced onto anyone during the round.

be nice to get some feedback on this,as say a clan server full of friends that would all agree to playin
a round of any weapon they decide (without being forced or told to) be it p/k or sniper only or something
could do so without actualy breaking any rules at all.

If a server was to make a rule like:roe wrote:
3 LOCAL (PRIVATELY RENTED) RANKED SERVER RULES MODIFICATIONS
These are rules that are not enforced upon in EA’s public ranked servers but may be modified in privately rented ranked servers. These rules are decided by clan administrators for those servers and as long as they do not contradict any global rules enforced by EA are considered valid for those servers.
This would include but not limited to:
§ Artillery fire or bombing runs on main (uncapturable) bases may be prohibited.
§ Prolonged or sustained attacks on main (uncapturable) bases (i.e. spawncamping).
§ Using the Transport Helicopters to take flags (Blackhawk whoring or flag hopping).
§ Impersonating clan members.
§ Using C4 on jeeps, or other fast moving vehicles to take out other vehicles.
§ Clans may change or customise rules, provided they don’t violate the above ROE rules.
