BF2S Forums infantry only question

Amore whores like my humble self NEED their tanks!!!11

i heard some where on the forums that for wake you will still have boats with no guns on them.

personally i dont think the infantry only setting is going to work because they changed the damage ratios and things. but you never know i could be eating my words in a couple of months time.

There are RIBs down low and at arty island but the upper deck has no vehicles whatsoever (except for the Essexes.)  You use your "super-human stamina" to charge up the beaches unless you invent new tactics with the RIBs from flag to flag now that you don't have a J10 diving after your little rubber boat.  I imagine it'd be akward on maps like FuShe or Shonghua where generally you have convoys of APCs, tanks, FAVs.

Edit:  Yes, the boats have the MGs on them.

infantry only - last DICE step to ruin the game .

I think its nice. I gives more options. Now instead of parking waiting for a plane to spawn like donkeys; or the constant piglets wanting a tank - it will be great to realize how people can fight without thier security blanket. 

It will be nice to finally get on Oman and infantry it out, games will last longer, but some maps NEED armor..and Oman is one of them as is Kubra, Dragon, Fushe and Some others. I don't think ALL maps should be Infantry Only agreed, but it gives options. Many already use infantry only and no complaints, like Mashtuur and Sharqi. Karkand will have no spawnraping tanks but instead PKM spawncampers. DICE has to understand people will find a way to :Glitch, Get Points, and to abuse the system for the next joe schmoe to brag about how good he isn't.

Because everybody will run to their sweet infantry only , where they will suck again against high skilled troops and will began complaning that they need armor and jets\helos .

its not that its the fact that they changed the ratios for the kills i mean sniper shoots you in the head but dont worry your not dead just jump up and down and run away whats the point of the sniper kit now?
